The company is celebrating its 10th year evolving towards a more process-driven efficient model by integrating remote assistants and AI tools. Our licensed in-office adjusters will manage remote claims processors who handle critical support tasks freeing up time for higher-value work.
Role Summary
We are seeking two experienced Claims Processor / Admin professionals to support our claims intake data management client communication and reporting processes. These roles require strong administrative skills insurance industry knowledge and proficiency in Mac environments and Excel. Both positions will report directly to Mike and Christian.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage insurance claims data with accuracy and attention to detail
- Conduct calls to insurance companies for claim updates and client follow-ups
- Maintain and update claim information in CRM systems (Claim Wizard) and Dropbox
- Use AI-powered tools to streamline workflow and data entry
- Prepare and deliver daily reports to in-office claims processors
- Organize and maintain electronic file systems including renaming and filing documents
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
- Support a paperless office environment using Adobe and DocuSign
- Collaborate through internal communication tools (iMessage currently; transitioning to Slack or Microsoft Teams)
- Use Dialpad for phone communications within a Mac-based office ecosystem
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum mid to senior level experience in claims processing insurance or related admin roles
- Strong Mac OS proficiency and advanced Excel skills
- Prior experience with claims processing software JotForm Dropbox and CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (South African accent preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely for 2 years
- Strong phone manner and customer service skills
- Exceptional file management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of mortgage loan processing or restoration/public adjusting background is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive client information in a secure paperless environment
