Our client is in need of a Technical Writer.
Job Description:
Our client seeks a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to craft its Strategic Plan. This role requires a professional adept at transforming complex ideas into clear accessible and engaging content tailored for diverse audiences including educators parents policymakers and the general community. The Technical Writer will play a critical role in synthesizing information creating cohesive narratives and ensuring alignment with the overarching goals of our client.
The technical writer will:
- Translate information from graphic organizers into polished precise and engaging prose that communicates the mission vision and objectives of our client.
- Ensure technical accuracy while adapting content for diverse audiences with varying levels of familiarity with educational terminology.
- Review and revise drafts to maintain a consistent tone and style aligned with our clients branding and communication standards.
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple rounds of reviews with stakeholders to finalize a comprehensive Strategic Plan.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer preferably in the education sector or a similarly complex field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using graphic organizers or similar tools to structure information logically.
- Familiarity with educational policies terminology and frameworks is highly desirable.
- Highly collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Acrobat and other relevant software tools.
- Experience with visual communication tools is an advantage.

Required Education & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer preferably in the education sector or a similarly complex field.
- Bachelor s degree in English Communications Technical Writing Education or a related field
- Masters degree preferred
