Overall Purpose of the Role
Responsible for the of the annual business development strategy by driving revenue growth from new large accounts. Also responsible for establishing relationships with potential large clients and increasing the organisations market share in the region.
Key Accountabilities
Achievement of the sales budget and formulation of action plans to manage deviations if any
Monitor performance (i.e. sales growth and profitability) against sector-wise targets
Monitor all contract deviations about account P&L and adherence to the minimum GOP targets for all new proposals and get the necessary approvals.

Drive acquisition of large accounts and aggressively market our value proposition to them
Drive growth and penetration in new and existing markets by overseeing the smooth and timely conduct of the sales management process

Collaborate internally with the operations team for site scoping culinary team for menu price and quotations HR team for manpower deployment and marketing and Bid team for right proposal making Effective communication collaboration
Analyse the competitive landscape and provide strategic insights to the Marketing & Communications team for the development of new offers and the customisation of existing offers
Support in the preparation of the account management strategy of the organization by providing insights on possible existing and potential key accounts within the segment to be targeted every year for developmental sales Count and impact of new strategic initiatives
