Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the calendar - scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Answering phone calls taking messages and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Preparing reports and documents as needed.
  • Handling confidential client information with discretion.
  • Coordinating with workshop and therapy session clients and participants.
  • Maintaining accurate filing both physical and electronic.
  • Data entry and updating records
  • Managing supplies and inventory
  • Processing invoices and expense reports as required
  • Coordinating office logistics including maintenance and repairs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently with multiple assignments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Expertise in Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Attention to Detail high level of accuracy in data entry and document management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and work demands.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree with minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Personal Assistant/ Back-office Executive or in a similar administrative role.
Timings:
  • 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
