Key Responsibilities
- Customer Outreach & Communication
- Contact applied insurance seekers to explain policy decisions (accepted declined or waiting periods).
- Communicate policy features premiums terms and conditions in a clear and concise manner.
- Sales & Relationship Management
- Leverage prior sales experience to build rapport and trust with customers guiding them through their insurance journey.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Policy Guidance & Follow-up
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients on policy approvals pending documents and additional requirements.
- Provide detailed explanations of waiting period clauses and guide customers on next steps.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer details policy information and communication records.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and adhere to compliance standards within the Healthcare and Insurance domains.
- Collaboration & Teamwork
- Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting customer support claims etc. to expedite policy activations.
- Share feedback and insights on improving processes products and services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Healthcare or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 3 4 years of experience in sales roles within the Healthcare/Insurance industry.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English Hindi and Kannada (Tamil/Telugu proficiency is an added advantage).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week 8 hours per day.
