We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Social Media Manager & Brand Strategist with a proven track record of driving organic growth and managing direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker strategic planner and results-driven professional who excels in social media management brand building and driving organic sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & :
Develop and implement a robust social media strategy to build brand awareness and drive engagement across platforms like Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter and YouTube.
Leverage analytics and insights to optimize campaigns and strategies for maximum reach and impact.
Content Creation & Campaign Management:
Oversee the creation of high-quality engaging content tailored for D2C audiences including graphics videos and captions.
Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns to drive traffic conversions and revenue growth.
Brand Management:
Strengthen brand identity and maintain consistency across all digital and social media channels.
Position the brand as a leader in its niche through strategic collaborations and storytelling.
Driving Organic Sales:
Develop strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions through social media efforts.
Collaborate with the sales team to create campaigns that directly impact revenue growth.
D2C Brand Expertise:
Utilize your hands-on experience with D2C brands to craft strategies tailored for a direct-to-consumer audience.
Stay updated on D2C trends consumer behavior and competitor activities to keep the brand competitive.
Community Engagement & Influencer Partnerships:
Build and manage a strong online community by engaging with followers and addressing queries promptly.
Identify and collaborate with influencers and creators to amplify brand visibility and credibility.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track key performance metrics analyze campaign results and prepare detailed reports for performance improvement.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in social media management brand strategy and D2C marketing.
Proven track record of driving organic sales through social media campaigns.
Strong understanding of D2C business models and consumer behavior.
Proficiency in social media tools and platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite Google Analytics Hootsuite etc..
Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Hindi is a plus).
Hands-on experience with content creation and influencer marketing.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communication Business or a related field.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in running and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
Familiarity with design tools like Canva Adobe Photoshop or similar software.
