Overview
The SCM Associate plays a critical role in the supply chain management process ensuring that materials and products flow efficiently from suppliers to customers. This position is vital to maintaining the balance between inventory levels customer service and operational efficiency. The SCM Associate is primarily responsible for supporting the supply chain team by analyzing data managing supply levels and coordinating shipments. This role requires a combination of analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. By optimizing supply chain processes the SCM Associate helps reduce costs and improve service delivery contributing to the overall success and competitiveness of the organization in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing supply chain strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain software and tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices and principles.
