Job Description
Overview
The SAP S/4 CFIN FI Consultant plays a crucial role in the successful implementation and support of the SAP S/4HANA Central Finance (CFIN) solution within an organization. This position is designed for a professional who possesses deep technical knowledge of finance processes and systems combined with the ability to streamline financial operations. As a consultant you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their financial requirements provide insights on best practices and ensure that the solutions delivered align with the organizations strategic goals. The consultant will also be responsible for conducting system configurations troubleshooting issues and providing training to team members and users. In today s digital age maintaining efficient financial operations is essential for any business to remain competitive making this role vital to achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP FICO processes in RTR (Record to Report) OTC (Order to Cash) and PTP (Procure to Pay) projects.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL AP AR Asset Accounting CO Cost/Profit Centre Accounting).
- Work with S/4 HANA Central Finance (CFIN) and ensure seamless data replication.
- Utilize AO (Analysis for Office) and Fiori reporting tools.
- Handle interfaces customizations and enhancements in SAP FICO.
- Manage Withholding Taxation Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) and Month-End Processes.
- Collaborate in multi-location projects and work across multiple reporting hierarchies.
- Integrate SAP FICO with MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution).
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO implementations.
- Ensure compliance with SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN) and GRC systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6 years of experience in SAP FICO RTR/OTC/PTP projects.
- Strong S/4 HANA Simple Finance / Central Finance (CFIN) expertise.
- Proficiency in S/4 HANAversions.
- Familiarity with Fiori applications and tiles.
- Experience with interfaces such as flat files web services IDocs and RFCs.
- Ability to work effectively in team environments and collaborate across business units.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP S/4 HANA Certification is a plus.
- Experience with Solution Manager (SOLMAN) and GRC systems.
- Experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale SAP projects.
