Job Title: Mother Teacher
Overview:
The Mother Teacher plays a crucial role in the early development and education of young children. This position focuses on creating a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters emotional social and cognitive growth. A Mother Teacher is responsible for tailoring educational activities to meet the individual needs of each child while promoting a love for learning. The Mother Teacher will collaborate closely with families and the wider education community to ensure a well-rounded approach to child development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Foster positive relationships with each child and their families.
- Conduct regular assessments of children s progress and development.
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
- Encourage social interactions through group activities.
- Integrate play-based learning into the curriculum.
- Facilitate effective communication with parents regarding child progress.

- Manage classroom behavior and implement conflict resolution strategies.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.

- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.

- Stay updated on educational best practices and strategies.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Teaching certification or license in relevant region.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in early childhood education.
- Strong knowledge of child developmental stages and learning theories.
- Proven ability to create engaging learning environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of child psychology.
- Experience working with parents and families.
- Ability to design and implement effective assessments.
- Skills in conflict resolution and behavior management.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Proficient in using educational technology and teaching tools.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
