We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Expert who is passionate about driving customer acquisition brand awareness and maximizing ROI through data-backed marketing strategies. In this role you will manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads Facebook LinkedIn and more. Your expertise will help us develop effective marketing strategies scale campaigns and generate high-quality leads for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & : Plan implement and manage performance-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels (Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn etc. to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance reduce costs and increase return on investment (ROI).
A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests for ad creatives landing pages and targeting to maximize conversions and campaign efficiency.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics Facebook Insights NGID Expert/Outbrain Twitter Ads Expert Display Ads. and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets and ensure optimal spend allocation across channels to meet performance goals.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including content design and data to develop compelling ad creatives and optimize landing pages for better conversions.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance key metrics and strategic recommendations to internal teams or clients.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and apply these insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
What You ll Bring:
Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing managing campaigns across paid search social media ads display and affiliate marketing.
Skills: Proficiency with Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads and other digital advertising platforms. Experience with programmatic buying is a plus.
Analytics: Strong analytical skills and experience working with Google Analytics Facebook Ads Manager and other data-driven platforms to measure and improve campaign performance.
Optimization: Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for high CTR low CPC and maximizing conversions while managing budgets effectively.
Creative Thinking: Ability to create and test high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights and strategies clearly to both clients and internal teams.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions in a fast-paced results-driven environment.
