About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join the Founder s Office. This is a high-impact role that provides an opportunity to work directly with the founders and gain hands-on experience in strategy operations and business growth. You will act as a problem solver strategic thinker and specialist supporting key business functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the founders and leadership team on strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Assist in business planning market research and competitor analysis.
- Drive of cross-functional projects across sales marketing operations and finance.
- Develop presentations reports and investor documents as needed.
- Support in fundraising efforts investor relations and stakeholder communication.
- Identify inefficiencies and help optimize processes and workflows.
- Assist in hiring onboarding and culture-building efforts.
- Represent the founders in meetings emails and key stakeholder discussions.
