Job Description
Supply Chain Head EMS Business
Location: Surat
Experience: 10 to 20 Years
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in supply chain management within the EMS or electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement logistics supplier management and global trade regulations.
- Proven ability to drive efficiency improvements and cost reductions in supply chain operations.
- Expertise in ERP systems supply chain analytics and process automation.
- Excellent negotiation leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Head will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement logistics inventory management and vendor relations. The role demands strategic planning and to ensure cost-effective and seamless supply chain operations that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency reduce costs and ensure on-time delivery.
- Oversee procurement vendor management inventory control and logistics operations.
- Establish strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal pricing and quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements trade policies and ethical sourcing practices.
- Implement demand forecasting planning and inventory optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with production sales and finance teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Drive digital transformation automation and data-driven decision-making in supply chain processes.
- Monitor KPIs analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.
