Job Description

Preparation of syringes/vials with cosmetic particle or solution defects used for developmental studies equipment characterization training activities and commercial equipment setup.

Skills on laboratory equipment and instruments such as micrometer caliper microscope and analytical balance.

Excellent creative manual skills and mindset to develop and create defects in glass and polymer surfaces.

Develop new introduce or improve defect creation methods into the laboratory.

Under general direction has overall responsibility of a project of limited scope.

Demonstrate skills in the evaluation of primary container defective conditions.

Create documents based on technical reports or assessments.

Knowledge in aseptic techniques.

Knowledge in 5S and Lean Manufacturing concepts.

Knowledge in Visual Manual Inspection Techniques.

Ability to motivate and/or support the activities of others.

Innovative and out of the box thinking to develop knowledge to create cosmetic defects on vials and syringes.

Organized have multi-task project experience and be able to communicate and work well with other departments.

Be able to work in fast environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with internal and external customers.

Requirements

Master degree & 3 years of directly related experience
or Bachelor degree & 5 years of directly related experience

Bachelor s degree in Engineering
