Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing remote team. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment for both skilled and unskilled healthcare professionals including RNs LVNs caregivers CNAs HHAs and more. You will play a key role in sourcing qualifying and coordinating candidates through a high-volume pipeline while supporting compliance and contributing to the development of our recruitment strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for skilled and unskilled roles including RNs LVNs CNAs caregivers and more
- Source active and passive candidates using job boards CareerPlug LinkedIn social media referrals and
- internal databases
- Conduct phone screens or HelloHire interviews and coordinate next steps
- Collaborate with internal hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with role requirements and timelines
- Organize and maintain data within the ATS (CareerPlug) and internal dashboards
- Ensure candidate compliance with onboarding documentation licenses and background checks
- Track and report on recruitment funnel performance and hiring outcomes
- Actively engage in online outreach (e.g. job groups professional communities virtual job fairs)
- Occasionally support sourcing for administrative or office-based roles
- Recommend improvements to tools processes and workflows to enhance recruiting outcomes
Requirements
- Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring or an equivalent background check/clearance available in the country
- Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff a time-tracking application
- Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment for both skilled (e.g. RNs LVNs OTs) and unskilled (e.g. CNAs HHAs caregivers) healthcare roles
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards social media employee referrals and ATS tools especially high-volume sourcing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; confident on the phone and capable of closing candidates
- Proactive go-getter attitude with the ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities without micromanagement
- Experience recruiting for both home care (non-medical) and home health (medical/skilled) settings is a plus
- Familiarity with CareerPlug ATS LinkedIn Recruiter HelloHire and other recruitment AI tools is a plus
- Comfortable participating in or managing online recruiting events virtual job fairs and outreach through platforms like Facebook
- Prior exposure to HR compliance (licenses certifications pre-onboarding docs) and credentialing processes is a plus
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook Office Suite Microsoft Teams Zoom ConnectUC VoIP/Yealink system and OneDrive
- Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
