Job Description
- Develop high-quality scalable code to support data engineering pipelines using Python GitLab and Azure Databricks.
- Contribute to both the enhancement of legacy code and the development of new end-to-end data engineering solutions.
- Perform software testing maintenance and integration activities.
- Serve as a software integrator ensuring that components work together seamlessly.
- Work closely with domain experts to absorb and apply knowledge in the EUV collector domain.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement efficient robust solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- 8 10 years of total experience in software or data engineering.
- Proven hands-on experience with Python Azure Databricks and GitLab.
- Strong coding standards and commitment to quality in software development.
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining and improving existing software codebases.
- Solid background in software testing and continuous integration.
- Knowledge of version control DevOps practices and collaborative development environments.
- Analyze and improve legacy systems while contributing to greenfield projects.
- Quickly grasp complex domain knowledge (e.g. EUV collector systems) and apply it effectively in a multitasking environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a structured problem-solving approach.
- Integrate various software components into cohesive functional systems.
