Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team in the health/medical sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth expand market share and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- *Sales Strategy and Planning:*
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- *Team Leadership:*
- Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Foster a culture of excellence innovation and customer-centricity.
- *Customer Relationship Management:*
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals institutions and key decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and partnerships.
- *Sales Performance Management:*
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales forecasts budgets and performance targets.
- *Product Knowledge and Promotion:*
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends products and services.
- Promote our products and services to healthcare professionals and institutions
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Professional certifications in sales or marketing are an added advantage.
- *Experience:*
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the health/medical sector with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share.
- *Skills:*
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
