Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Event Coordinator to join our team in Saint Louis MO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing a variety of corporate and community events that align with our brand and business goals. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities
Plan and organize events including open houses community outreach programs and corporate gatherings.
Coordinate logistics such as venues catering materials guest lists and staff scheduling.
Manage timelines budgets and vendor contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Monitor event performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Resolve any issues that arise during events to ensure a seamless experience.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to each event.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or related field preferred.
13 years of experience in event coordination or project management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as required by events.
