We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Interim Brand Manager to ensure continuity across key digital marketing content and product strategy initiatives during maternity leave coverage. This role is essential during a critical Q3Q4 period providing strategic leadership and day-to-day executional support across campaigns product launches and brand communications. The Interim Brand Manager will serve as a cross-functional liaison driving progress on major initiatives and maintaining consistency across all digital channels and consumer touchpoints.
This position will lead two direct reports (Social Media/Culinary Strategist and Digital Marketer/CRM Strategist) coordinate with freelancers and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will bring a strong ability to align brand efforts enhance consumer engagement grow market share and deliver measurable business results.
Team Coordination
- Ensure campaign alignment across paid media organic social email and website channels
- Act as an escalation point for prioritization and cross-functional dependencies
- Maintain weekly check-ins and momentum with content and channel leads
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and execute strategic brand plans to strengthen the brands market position and consumer perception.
- Bring evolved brand positioning to life across brand touchpoints.
- Implement timelines & processes in partnership with project manager.
Brand Communications:
- Oversee the development of content messaging and visuals that align with the brands voice and values. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials including digital social media print and in-store. Work closely with Brand Design counterparts to ensure consistency.
Campaign Development:
- Lead the ideation planning and execution of national marketing campaigns working with the creative team external agencies and partners to drive awareness and sales.
- Lead digital campaign continuity from August to October(Event Product Seasonal Focuses)
Product Launches:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development sales and finance) to successfully launch new products from strategy to execution ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Oversee digital rollouts for new accessories (between 5-11 products)
Digital & CRM Strategy:
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including email marketing paid media and website content. Collaborate with the Associate Digital Marketing Manager to optimize customer relationship management efforts and drive e-commerce & demand gen efforts.
- Work with the Social Media/Culinary Strategist to develop content that highlights the brands culinary expertise and community engagement.
Consumer Insights & Analytics:
- Analyze market trends consumer behaviors and competitive activity to identify opportunities for brand growth. Leverage insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Performance Tracking:
- Develop and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Regularly report on brand health and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
- 5 years of experience in brand management preferably within the consumer goods or outdoor lifestyle sectors.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy campaign development and digital marketing.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Highly organized with proven ability to manage timelines and strategic priorities understanding of project management systems like Asana
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for outdoor cooking or grilling is a plus.
