What a typical week will look like:

As a Product Owner at VTS youll help shape and deliver valuable usable and feasible software solutions. Youll act as a bridge between customers engineers and business stakeholdersensuring were solving the right problems and delivering impactful outcomes.

In a typical week you will:

  • Lead discovery to deeply understand customer workflows pain points and unmet needs.
  • Translate that insight into clear user stories and build-ready backlog items with testable acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams through refinement and sprint planning sessions.
  • Define and track outcome-based objectives (OKRs) and success metrics.
  • Validate work with customers regularly through demonstrations and testing.
  • Keep delivery aligned with strategic priorities while navigating trade-offs with confidence.
  • Inspire the team with a compelling product vision providing context around customer needs and desired outcomes.

What you will bring:

Were looking for someone who thrives on solving complex problems brings structure to ambiguity and collaborates with humility.

To succeed in this role you will bring:

  • 3 years experience as a Product Owner Product Manager or similar role in enterprise software or digital product environments.
  • Proven ability to lead discovery efforts engaging directly with customers to understand and validate problems and solutions.
  • Experience working in empowered cross-functional teams (product engineering design) to deliver successful software products.
  • Strong analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions.
  • Confidence in defining and communicating OKRs and prioritising delivery for impact.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to align and inspire teams and stakeholders without relying on authority.
