Server Developer

• Develop and implement backend game server functionality across multiple parallel projects
• Improve and maintain infrastrcuture frameworks and internal tools for server-side game development
• Collaborate closely with a small cross-functional product team including producers mathematicians and developers
• Optimize server-side algorithms for performance scalability and reliability
• Work with modern backend stack including Java Maven Git AWS and Docker
• Embrace automation and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment
• Design test and deploy efficent and maintainable code
• Identify and solve complex technical challenges independently
• Ensure high code quality and strong sense of ownership for delivery features
• Actively contribute to technical discussions and decisions within the team.
• Work in a fun collaborative environment across teams in Poland Ukraine and Sweden

Qualifications :

Components for success. You...

• 4 years of working experience in Java;
• Good understanding of OOP;
• Experience with GIT & Maven;
• Experience in optimizing algorithms;
• Math skills: probability and algorithms;
• Mathematical intuition and ability to interpret simulation results;
• Interest in games; knowledge of slot games is a plus;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English

Youll get extra points for...

• Working experience in the iGaming industry;
• Experience developing slot game engines in Java or C/C#;
• Experience in writing unit tests;
• Experience in working with REST Endpoints in Java;
• Knowledge of JPA EJB;
• Experience with CI/CD;
