Job Description

Were recruiting for a Telephone Account Manager Development Manager to join us on a 12 months FTC. Were offering a competitive base salary. 

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for building strong business relationships Join our Group Protection Distribution team as a Telephone Account Manager and help us deliver outstanding service and results to our intermediary partners. Were looking for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by achieving goals and making a difference.

    What youll be doing:

    • Managing relationships with a panel of intermediary accounts
    • Promoting Group Protection products and propositions
    • Delivering new business and retention targets
    • Developing account strategies using market intelligence
    • Collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations
    • Responding to pre-renewal enquiries and gathering key information
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and competitors
    • Handling customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism

    Qualifications :

    Who were looking for:

    • Experience in sales telesales customer service or sales support
    • Strong communication and influencing skills
    • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
    • Commercial awareness and understanding of market conditions
    • Knowledge of Group Protection products (desirable)
    • Awareness of regulatory and legislative frameworks
    • A proactive and achievement-driven mindset
    • A collaborative approach and willingness to support others
