What Youll Be Doing
As a CSD youll be the go-to strategic partner for our enterprise customers leading high-value conversations accelerating ROI boosting product adoption and identifying expansion opportunities. Youll anticipate customer needs inspire confidence and help drive measurable success.
This is a dynamic varied role where youll shift between strategic advising cross-functional collaboration and proactive customer engagement. Youll wear many hats strategist relationship builder planner and love every minute.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Partnership & Strategic Impact
Build and execute strategic adoption and value plans across a portfolio of enterprise accounts
Drive executive-level discussions and track progress toward business outcomes
Champion best practices to elevate Net Promoter Scores and candidate experiences
Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales product engineering) to align on customer success goals
Identify and pursue growth opportunities in collaboration with the Strategic Sales team
Customer Advocacy & Expertise
Guide customers in embedding HireVue tools into their recruitment workflows
Educate and consult on best practices product capabilities and process optimization
Represent the customer internally to influence product development and enhancements
Qualifications :
What You Bring
3 years in customer success account management or enterprise consulting
Experience working with enterprise or strategic accounts; Fortune 500 experience a plus
Background in SaaS or tech environments
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management
Confidence in leading executive discussions and change initiatives
Familiarity with HR or talent acquisition functions is a bonus
Proficiency in Google Workspace Microsoft Office and Salesforce
A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for customer success
Comfort and availability to work in the UK on a fixed-term contract of approximately 14 months

This position is a work-from-home role. The individual in this role must be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions where they can attend virtual video meetings.

This is a fixed-term contract based in the UK. While not a permanent position its a chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic mission-driven company.
