Job Description
- Prepare for service
- Ensuring the kitchen cleanliness is always to a high standard including opening and closing cleaning check lists
- Prepare fresh ingredients
- Working with the chefs to prepare fresh ingredients including washing and preparing fruits vegetables and other menu ingredients
- Maintaining Food Handling regulations
- Ensuring all produce is clearly labelled and discarded as required effective stock rotation and other tasks as required
- Cleaning of cutlery crockery & kitchen items
- Using a 2 step system to ensure all cooking & restaurant items are cleaned and satisfised and that all chemicals are dispensed and used in the correct manner.
Qualifications :
Strong communication skills
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Able to work under own initiative
Organisational skills to manage your own time
This is a casual hours position involving shifts across the operational hours of the business (06:00 00:00 including weekends & bank holidays).
This role has no guaranteed hours of work hours of work can therefore vary from week to week and as a result there may be weeks when no hours of work are offered.

Whats next
Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing applications and all candidates will receive a response whether you are successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter- this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
