This is a hands-on part analytical part technology role that delivers the necessary tools analysis training process and shares best practices to support revenue generation at IntelligenceBank.
Key Responsibilities:
While theres a good chance no two days will be exactly the same the core responsibilities of the role include:
- Maintain our reporting suite for Sales and Customer Success (CS). Be one of the key Administrators of Salesforce working closely with Finance Sales CS and Marketing.
- Manage and improve the conversion of leads process in Salesforce for all markets
- Management of new Sales reports and dashboards within and other reporting tools in line with Finance requirements.
- Conduct in-depth sales reporting and analysis monthly quarterly and annually
- Manage and optimise sales enablement technology stack including but not limited to SFDC proposal software Gong lead tracking software and outbound software.
- Manage integrations and keep track of innovations and upgrades and ensure the best of the breed is in use.
- Liaise closely with Finance and Revenue Leaders to align on metrics and to tie back reporting
- Monitor and analyse core KPIs and provide management stakeholders with insights and/or recommendations for improvements
- Analyse lead and pipeline quality weekly and monthly to optimise marketing and outbound campaigns
- Automate reports and present data to GTM Finance product teams about sales and insights from the data.
- Trend analysis based on revenue generating activities
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Someone with runs on the board who has proven reporting experience supporting a B to B SaaS Sales function
- Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets is essential in this role as is a commercial mindset
- Interest and experience in using AI to improve RevOps processes such as designing and validating effective AI prompts
- CRM reporting and dashboard experience; experience is a mandatory requirement
- SQL experience is ideal but not essential
- Someone that can simplify large volumes of data into robust dashboards or key insights
- Someone who can effectively prioritise communicate and manage expectations
- Confident presenting insights and communicating recommendations based on analysis of data
- Tech Savvy with the ability to think a little left of field
- An enthusiastic strong and creative communicator
- Friendly approachable and have good relationship management skills across cross functional groups.
