JobTitle:Marketing Specialist Home Health
Job Location:Our officeislocatedEast Stroudsburg
Shift:Full-time & Part-time shifts available

Job Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the Stroudsburg region.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and increase revenue.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources including physicians hospitals skilled nursing facilities assisted living facilities and other healthcare providers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitive threats.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.

  • Track sales performance metrics including revenue growth market share and referral conversion rates.

  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Represent Traditional Home Health Care at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.

  • Participate in community outreach activities to raise awareness of our services and build brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration Marketing or related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in home health care sales or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • In-depth knowledge of the home health care industry including Medicare regulations reimbursement processes and industry trends.

  • Familiarity with theEast Stroudsburg healthcare marketis preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with key stakeholders.

  • Excellent negotiation presentation and persuasion skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for travel within the designated territory.
