Shift:Full-time & Part-time shifts available
Job Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the Stroudsburg region.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and increase revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources including physicians hospitals skilled nursing facilities assisted living facilities and other healthcare providers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitive threats.
Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
Track sales performance metrics including revenue growth market share and referral conversion rates.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Represent Traditional Home Health Care at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.
Participate in community outreach activities to raise awareness of our services and build brand visibility.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in home health care sales or a related field.
Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
In-depth knowledge of the home health care industry including Medicare regulations reimbursement processes and industry trends.
Familiarity with theEast Stroudsburg healthcare marketis preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with key stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation presentation and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for travel within the designated territory.
