Job Description

Now Hiring: HR/Shift Manager at McDonalds

Location:166-01 Baisley Blvd Jamaica NY 11434
Pay:$17/hour
$250 Bonus after 90-Day Probation Period!

Were looking for an experiencedHR/Shift Managerto join our team at McDonalds. If youre a motivated leader with prior experience in HR or shift management we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do:

  • Oversee and support daily shift operations
  • Manage employee schedules and time-off requests regular schedules consent forms and more.
  • Support hiring onboarding and training of new team members
  • Promote a positive and inclusive team environment
  • Ensure all shifts meet McDonalds high standards for service and quality

What You Bring:

  • Previous experiencein a shift management or HR role (required)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of labor laws and basic HR policies is a plus
