Job Description
Are you passionate about tech and eager to gain hands-on experience in a real-world IT environment Join our North American IT team and dive into a variety of exciting projects that will build your skills and confidence!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT pros and support teams across offices and remote locations.
- Help monitor and maintain our network systems and devices.
- Assist with setting up new hires managing user accounts and supporting day-to-day tech needs.
- Learn the ropes of 1st-level tech support and troubleshoot hardware software and network issues.
- Get involved in software installs updates and documentation.
- Support IT inventory printers and computer maintenance.
- Work on special projects and contribute to keeping our tech running smoothly.
Rate: $20.00 per hour
Qualifications :
Requirements / Skills / Abilities:
- At least 2 years into a degree in IT or a related field.
- Some experience (even through school or internships) with help desk or tech support is a plus.
- Curious about tech trends and eager to learn.
- Great problem-solving and communication skills.
- Organized proactive and ready to jump into a fast-paced environment.
