THE CHALLENGE:

  • Build low footprint high performance custom architecture component designed to deal with high loads of time critical data.
  • Use Core Java/C# .NET and GitLab CI with limited exposure to AWS and Kubernetes.
  • Use ATDD/BDD techniques in your daily work.
  • Reliably serve betting data collected 24/7 globally for more than 30 different sports for hundreds of clients.
  • Arealopportunity to influence the design and technology.
  • Become a domain expert in the exciting world of real-time hi-tech sports data. 

 

YOURPROFILE: 

 

You are adeveloper who likes solving challenging problems andbeing focusedatwork. Learning is a natural part of your workday. You enjoy collaborating with a diverse group of peopleyou are passionate about what youdo have a high interest in keeping up with current best practices in your areas of expertiseand you look at programming languages as tools and not are curious about both technology and people. You acknowledge that the most complex problems are really people based. Besides of all of that youre not afraid to go out of your comfort zone. 

 

Required: 

  • Engineering leadership skills where people see you as a role model.
  • A test-first mindset where your values are aligned with engineering quality practices.
  • Strong programming skills enabling you to deliver software with high performanceavailabilityand throughput.
  • Experience with object-orientedprogramming languages suchasC# or C and clean code/architecture principles.
  • Apersonal interest in keeping up with the general trends of software product development.
  • A can-do attitude take pride in own work and an ability to keep up momentum.

 

Desirableexperience: 

  • WorkedinAgile development teams.
  • Cloud based services from AWS.
  • Distributed systems.
  • Message queuing(RabbitMQKafka).
  • DockerKubernetes.
  • Wrote and tested low level concurrency applications exercising high load.
  • Experience of collaborating with clients directly.

OURRECRUITMENTPROCESS: 

  • Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations. 
  • Technical Assessment: A short (home) task to showcase your technical skills. 
  • Two Technical Interviews: Meet with the Technical team and later with the Hiring Manager to dive into your solution as also discuss team fit. 
  • Finals Steps: Receive feedback and if successful an offer! 

We keep it simple and aim to wrap up the process within3 weeks.
