Job Description
SKU Portfolio Management
Maintenance of all SKU master data (Barcodes Weights Artwork) within our internal systems.
Ensuring our internal product database is up to date and accurate.
Management and support of the internal new SKU setup process.
Clear communication to stakeholders on any potential delays or risks to successful launches.
Stock Management
Management of stock availability across our multi-DC model ensuring best-in-class availability. Work with the Supply Planner to mitigate any potential out-of-stock risks across the sites.
Support in stock reconciliation tasks between our ERP system (SAP) and 3PL Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Investigate and resolve any stock issues in a timely and professional manner ensuring we improve any process gaps with robust checks.
Reporting and Team Support
Provide cover as required for the Supply & Demand Planner with the support of the Planning Manager.
Support with key reporting tasks as part of the day-to-day operations.
Other
Engagement support and involvement in wider team activities to help contribute to a highly engaged Supply Chain team.
Work on improvement projects within the team to support increased capabilities.
Qualifications :
Active interest in Supply Chain.
Highly analytical with proficiency in the use of Excel (SUMIFS VLOOKUP Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication presentation relationship-building and influencing skills.
Flexible hardworking and willing to get involved in projects and support the team as needed.
Demonstrated team values and a strong work ethic.
A Supply Chain or relevant business degree or comparable industry experience is beneficial.
