Job Description
We are looking for a Project & Maintenance Engineer who will be responsible for developing and executing maintenance strategies and managing investment projects end-to-end within our single-site manufacturing facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring equipment reliability efficient resource planning and the successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects from concept to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end projects within the facility including process packaging utilities and infrastructure areasfrom concept development to commissioning.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the facilitys maintenance strategy.
- Prepare the annual technical maintenance budget and manage processes within budget constraints including spare parts planning and control.
- Plan and organize scheduled maintenance activities; define and implement corrective actions and identify resource requirements.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to plan maintenance repair and investment needs for the facility.
- Manage monitor and report on the maintenance and spare parts budget ensuring optimal use in line with defined plans.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 35 years of hands-on experience in planning executing and improving maintenance processes preferably in a packaging plant environment.
- Knowledge of or experience in project management methodologies.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills; able to navigate complex and cross-functional projects.
- Engineering background with a mechanical or multidisciplinary focus ideally in a process manufacturing environment.
- Able to research and identify the most optimal machinery and spare parts suppliers and build strong mid/long-term relationships with them.
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
- Upper-intermediate level of English is required; fluency in Turkish is a must.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when necessary.
