We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Representative Pharmaceuticals to join our dynamic team in Doha Qatar. In this role you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals hospitals and pharmacies in the region while building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals key decision-makers and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals about our pharmaceutical offerings
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Attend medical conferences seminars and trade shows to promote our products and expand our network
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customer feedback and valuable market insights
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and territory performance using CRM software
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in the assigned territory
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy or a related field
- Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products healthcare systems and medical terminology
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Sales certification (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Resilience and adaptability to handle changing market conditions
- Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and practices in Qatar
- Familiarity with the Qatari pharmaceutical market
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends
