The Sales Manager is responsible for increasing sales and profitability through effective sales team management. Sales Managers must supervise operations of assigned sales teams which includes hiring coaching and development of the employees in order to reach sales targets. Sales Managers must also aid the marketing teams in the development and implementation of strategic plans. Sales manager needs to ensure that sales teams are equipped with the knowledge skills and support to perform effectively constantly developing and expanding on coaching abilities. Accomplishment of these goals must comply with all terms and conditions of Corporate Policies and Procedures while conducting all job related activities with integrity and adherence to the companys high standards of business conduct.
