Job Description

  • You will be accountable for growing the research business and meeting sales budgets in the South England territory.
  • You will be selling research consumables and reagents and the full workflow to new and existing customers covering cellular research immunology cancer research neuroscience stem cell research and others.
  • You are responsible for developing and implementing an effective territory business plan in line with the companys strategic goals.
  • You will develop our relationships with customers and key opinion leaders in academia biotech CROs/CMOs and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Youll also be an effective communicator presenting seminars performing instrument demonstrations and supporting Miltenyi Biotec at trade fairs congresses and symposia.

Qualifications :

  • You have a BSc in a biological discipline or an MSc/PhD in Immunology Cell analysis or Cancer Biology and several years of sales experience.
  • You have strong commercial experiences as youll be able to demonstrate your ability to strategically plan account activities and accurately forecast sales.
  • The position requires you to be a well-organized individual with good interpersonal skills and commercial flair.
  • Youre an excellent presenter one-on-one and in front of larger audiences (from research students to senior scientists).
  • Youll travel regularly with some overnight stays and youll be based within M4 Corridor.
