Position Summary:
The mission of an Outreach Executive at ACES is to develop relationships with the community and service providers that serve the special needs community. This role is critical to ACES mission to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families impacted with autism and special needs. It will help increase access to care in home clinics schools and community throughout the lifespan of the clients we serve.
The Outreach Executive (OE) is an integral component of helping ACES serve more families. In the role you will be building relationships with local businesses schools services providers and resource centers to help ACES serve as many clients as possible. The OE will contribute to the overall growth of ACES by serving as a community-based resource that will engage with prospective clients introduce ACES and guide them through the ACES journey alongside the ACES Welcome Center.
Essential Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify plan and execute aneffective outreachstrategy toachieve client acquisition targets
- Develop maintain and grow a rigorous client pipeline
- Generate leads through researching target resources in the community and maintain ongoing positive relationships
- Track and follow client acquisitionleadswith accurate reporting of clientspending and converted
- Establish maintain and enhancehigh quality relationshipswith prospective clients and community partners
- Nurture prospective clients via email phone events parent education opportunities and webinars
- Collaborate with Marketing Department on current strategies to maximize effectiveness
Outreach Resource Management:
- Research engage and establish new relationships withlocal businesses schools services providers autism groups and resource centers within an assigned territory at multiple levels including key contacts to drive growing referral pipeline
- Develop collaborative partnerships and manage community resources of 50 community partners
- Create and managedata reportingon client outreach client pipeline and client acquisition results
- Track outreachefforts and client engagement and enter data into a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Research organize and facilitate ACES activities at community and autism events
Were seeking a motivated experienced leader:
- Excellent critical thinking emotional intelligence and relationship building skills
- High positive energy self-motivated ambitious individuals that want to control their own income
- Sales or Client Services experience preferred
- Degree from a4 yearinstitution preferred
- Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) knowledge is a plusPassion for salesand astrongdrive to succeed
- Proficiency with MS Office word processing spreadsheets Internet software E-mail Database software project management software
- Must have personal transportation with valid drivers license
- Able to lift carry or handle up to 50lbs of material (i.e. boxes furnitureetc) as needed
