Job Description
Harvest Elevator Worker (Grand Legde MI)
- Pay Rate: $21/hour
- Shifts Available: 7am - 3:30 pm
- The position with be 8 hours a day up until the first or second week of July where it will switch to 12 hours per day. Once wheat harvest is complete we will go back to 8 hours a day until fall harvest arrives.
- Temporary Contract position with Raise with potential for perm hire with ADM
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.

Summary:
- Respirator Medical Clearance Completed Prior to Start Date. Fit Testing Completed Onsite First Day
- Commitment to ADMs goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
- Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
Job Requirements:
- Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude Relocation assistance is not available with this position
- ADM requires the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a background check.

Educational Qualification:
- High school education or equivalent
- Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
Physical Requirements:
- Able to meet physical requirements of the position including but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting working in confined spaces and from heights bending kneeling climbing stairs and ladders working in a variety of conditions (heat cold dust etc.) lift up to 55 lbs. unassisted
- Willing to work overtime and weekends if needed
