Job Description
Connections Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Support Center Representative to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
As a Member Support Center Representative you will assist members and potential members with their telephone requests; explains services responds to problems and directs phone calls to the appropriate area. Member Support Center Representatives will also be required to identify cross-selling opportunities for additional services to members.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred-but not required
High School Graduate or GED
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional listening skills
Confidence to sell over the phone
Ability to demonstrate confidentiality in regards to member accounts
Must be bondable
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Salary: $16.00-21.00 hourly/DOE
