Job Description:
Position Title: Procurement Specialist
Duration: Richmond VA 23219
Location: Long term
Must have:
5 years of experience in sourcing procurement or contract management
5 years of experience in developing and managing the end-to-end solicitation process including IFBs RFPs and RFQs
5 years of experience in drafting reviewing and finalizing solicitations and Statements of Work
5 years of proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word Excel and PowerPoint
5 years of excellent writing communication and analytical skills
5 years of experience in procurement processes and contractual terminology
5 years of understanding of Virginia state procurement policies (highly desired)
3 years of knowledge and understanding of the APSPM (highly desired)
3 years of knowledge and understanding of the VPPA (highly desired)
