This position is a Full Time position at Moore County Family Health Clinic.

SUMMARY:

The Nurse Practitioner works as part of the clinic provider team performing a variety of direct patient services including assessment diagnosis implementation of treatment evaluation and monitoring the general patient management plan for clinic patients. The Nurse Practitioner performs these functions under the oversight of a licensed physician in a primary health care setting.

EDUCATIONAL/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate of Accredited School offering an Advanced Degree in Nurse

Practice (ARNP) required.

2. Board certification in specialty (if newly graduated from residency

must be obtained within 3 years of graduation) must be kept current.

3. Unrestricted license to practice within Texas

4. Current DEA certificate without restriction

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

3-5 years experience preferred.
