Financial Counselor (Cashier) Admitting

Work location:Texas Health Frisco 12400 N Dallas Parkway TX 75033

Work hours:Fulltime - Days Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 4: be available for1 week of system trainingat612 E Lamar Blvd Arlington TX 76011

Heres What You Need

  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required
  • 1 Year collections experience preferred
  • 2 Years hospital admissions experience preferred
  • CHAA - Certified Healthcare Access Associate Upon Hire preferred
  • CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training 90 Days Req
  • Basic Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
  • Typing skills with emphasis on accuracy over speed.
  • Good computer skills to include spreadsheets and documents.
  • Knowledge of office equipment including copier fax multiline phone etc.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance benefits.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task.
  • Ability to work well with others as a member of a team.
