Join a dynamic and collaborative technology team where youll support the implementation migration and enhancement of ERP and other business-critical applications. In this role youll partner with subject matter experts to design and optimize workflows and systems that align with operational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gathering and analyzing user requirements recommending process improvements and delivering user training on various applications.
- Manage tasks using standard project management practices.
- Play a key role in creating and maintaining both technical and end-user documentation policies and procedures.
- Develop reports using tools such as SQL SSRS Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Work and understand database structures and contribute to customization efforts by modifying forms reports and user interfaces across ERP CRM and other systems.
- You will continuously build your expertise in supported applications and stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices relevant to enterprise systems.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree.
- Experience in business environment at least 5 years.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact across various levels of an organization.
- Experience in environments utilizing business systems custom reporting and data integration tools.
- Experience with Workwise ERP CRM and forecasting or shipping software is a plus.
- Technical proficiency in SQL SSRS Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with version control systems Microsoft Office and operating systems such as Windows and OpenVMS is beneficial.
