DescriptionESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Communicating features and benefits of the Caesars Rewards Program and all related promotions to prospective and gaming customers.
- Maintaining the integrity of all promotional programs through verification of information for marketing research purposes.
- Creates and issues Harrahs Caesars Rewards cards and effectively promotes all entities of the property to gaming customers.
- Reviews player rating screens and issues complimentary rewards based on gaming in accordance with established complimentary policies (comps gifts perks).
- Acknowledging greeting and conversing with customers in an enthusiastic helpful and friendly manner.
- Maintaining database integrity by following high standards of data entry while maintaining accurate records.
- Ensuring the protection of customers rewards and account information.
- Perform other assignments as deemed necessary by the Caesars Rewards Management.
- Meeting attendance guidelines of the job and adhering to regulatory departmental and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain Missouri Gaming License.
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift including holidays and weekends.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Must have excellent customer service/communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in data entry read and interpret output from a computer
WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work independently along with a team mentality.
- Must be able to bend twist turn push and pull as well as lift and carry above/below the shoulders a minimum of 25 lbs or more.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time or entire shift.
- Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
- Is able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke high noise levels bright lights and dust.
- Must be able to read write speak and understand English.
- Must be able to maneuver around office areas effectively work in high traffic areas and responds to visual and aural cues.
