Job Description

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

JOB INPUTS

  • Receive inquiries from customers (internal and external) / drivers and coordinates with internal departments to resolve in a timely manner
  • Investigate and provide closed loop resolution to customer problems logs all inquiries in Holman systems
  • Process fleet database changes duplicate material requests and activation / deactivation of fuel card PINs per client parameters
  • Update and audit client profiles while managing all third-party vendor communications
  • Receive inquiries from customers (internal and external) and coordinator resolution efforts with Holman departments
  • Provide regular status updates on open items with clients.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Additional education certifications or experience are a plus
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint Project Visio SharePoint etc.)
  • Familiarity with virtual office technology and equipment including Zoom Teams Etc.

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 1 years of customer service or retail experience

  • Provide timely responses to internal / external customers in accordance with established service standards.
  • Keep client informed of status of tasks / issues through to resolution.

  • Assist with execution of special projects.
  • Work cohesively with Account Executives teammates and internal contacts.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location starting in the range of $25.15 - $36.47 USD per hour.
