About the team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join the Talent Management team and take ownership of designing building and delivering talent management programs that help us enable and cultivate our talent. You will play a critical role in shaping our performance strategy and driving initiatives to attract develop and retain exceptional talent across the organization. You will be instrumental in enhancing and executing our performance management processes. Youll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that the performance review process is aligned with our business objectives and company values.

What youll do

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement best practices for performance assessment and feedback.
  • Continuously analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency accuracy and employee experience.
  • Partner closely with People team peers and leaders across the company to support the effective development launch and scaling of our programs ensuring tight alignment across programs and initiatives.

Minimum requirements

  • Proven experience (4 years) in program management talent management or organizational development preferably in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of performance management processes.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a track record of driving innovative solutions in performance management.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience translating performance programs into intuitive user-centric tooling.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing large-scale programs with particular focus on change management and communications
