WHATS THE TEAM
We are the Cloud Operations Team working closely with various groups across the companyincluding Services Engineering and Program Managementto ensure the reliability and availability of TraceLinks applications and infrastructure.
As a member of the Cloud Operations Team you will play a key role in supporting TraceLinks infrastructure which is hosted on AWS. Your responsibilities will include proactively monitoring systems troubleshooting and resolving issues and escalating problems when necessary. You will also perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance and stability.
In addition you will act as a Cloud Administrator managing access controls and permissions for AWS resources to maintain a secure and well-governed cloud environment.

Essential Qualifications
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Able to support a rotating hourly shift to support US and EMEA hours of operation
