- 33366 per annum (pro rata for part time)

Your role and responsibilities
As a Digital Care Operations Coordinator youll be at the heart of our Cassius service helping to shape how care technology supports people across Suffolk. Youll work closely with the Digital Care Team and Alcove operational colleagues to ensure our service is responsive effective and person-centred.
On a typical day you might:
- Collaborate with call handlers installers and managers to refine operational processes.
- Act as the Adult and Community Services (ACS) expert within the Alcove team resolving queries and supporting reviews.
- Lead on decisions around eligibility private pay pathways and charging.
- Champion awareness and engagement across ACS locality teams.
- Help define and grow best practice in digital care delivery.
