Job Description

Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Planning Administrator to work with the Head of Teaching planning in the School of History Classics and Archaeology. Working within the Teaching Planning team the Teaching Planning Administrator will provide support for curriculum management course scheduling quality assurance processes and academic conduct.

This post is open-ended (permanent) and part-time working 25 hours per week over five days Monday to Friday.

We are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.

The salary for this post is at Grade UE05: 29179 to 33482per annum pro-rata as part-time.

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • A customer-focused approach to the delivery of services with an ability to develop effective relationships with academic and administrative colleagues.
  • Self-motivated organised and capable of working independently often to tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrates initiative and good judgment with a record of problem solving.
  • A confident user of IT; Word Excel and corporate student and curriculum management systems.
  • Good written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
