Job Description

Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist!

Are you passionate about sourcing attracting and hiring top talent Do you have a strong focus on Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) If so we want you to join our team!

Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a crucial role in managing the full-cycle recruitment process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategies to attract diverse talent pools. Your ability to manage high volumes of requisitions efficiently and your commitment to DEI will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting sourcing screening interviewing and hiring.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
  • Sourcing: Utilize various methods to identify high-quality candidates including job boards social media platforms and networking events.
  • Interviews and Assessments: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
  • DEI Strategies: Develop strategies to attract diverse talent pools and promote underrepresented groups in the recruitment process.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and progress toward DEI goals.

Key Experience and Competencies:

  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to DEI with experience developing inclusive recruiting practices.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data trends.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
