Job Description

Associate Client Success Manager (CSM) - Storage Division

As a Client Success Manager (CSM) in Storables Storage division you will proactively drive client engagement business growth and retention. By leveraging your industry expertise in self-storage solutions and SaaS technology you will build strategic partnerships mitigate churn risks and maximize client lifetime value. Your primary objective is to ensure that clients achieve measurable business success with Storables storage-focused solutions leading to higher adoption satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships within the self-storage industry acting as a strategic advisor to drive adoption and expansion.
  • Identify growth opportunities within client accounts recommending upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on business goals.
  • Conduct Business Reviews to reinforce the ROI of Storables solutions showcase measurable client success and align on future strategies.
  • Analyze client usage trends and key metrics to predict churn risks develop targeted engagement plans and intervene before issues escalate.
  • Provide industry insights and best practices to help clients optimize operations using Storables technology.
  • Advocate for clients relaying feedback to Product Engineering and Marketing teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute client success plans to maximize product value and ensure long-term business objectives are met.
  • Utilize CRM and Client Success tools (e.g. Vitally Gong) to track engagement account health and retention metrics.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to streamline communication and enhance the client experience.
  • Proactively escalate at-risk accounts implementing retention strategies to reinforce client satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Strong relationship management skills focusing on proactive engagement and client growth.
  • Experience with Client Success platforms (e.g. Vitally Gong) and CRM tools for tracking customer health and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead data-driven discussions on performance and business value.
  • Ability to identify and address operational challenges in self-storage through Storables product solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to assess risks and develop proactive solutions.
  • Understanding of SaaS implementations and their impact on operational efficiency in self-storage businesses.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills ensuring thorough documentation and timely follow-ups.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Client Success Account Management or a related role in the storage or SaaS industries.
  • Experience in consultative selling identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to analyze client data and present insights that drive business decisions and retention strategies.
  • Experience in project management especially for client success initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
