Account Executive / Account Manager / Sales Executive / Sales Manager / Sales Representativerequired to join a provider of commercial and residential security and monitoring systems.

The Account Executive / Account Manager / Sales Executive / Sales Manager / Sales Representativeshall be office based in Chicago responsible for calling pre-existing and live customers generating new business selling company products generating quotations order processing expediting documentation and proposals.

Must have knowledge and experience selling: Security Systems Fire Alarm Systems Video Surveillance Card Access Systems and more. You will be a farmer and hunter for your accounts and new business in Chicago!

Must be willing to travel 50/60% of the time on the road.

Package

  • $60000 - $80000 depending on experience
  • Commission - based on gross profit margin
  • Car allowance or company car gas card and company credit card
  • Product training and career progression
  • Simple IRA
  • Full Medical (Dental and Vision)

Account Executive / Account Manager / Sales Executive / Sales Manager / Sales Representative Role

  • Proactively engage with prospective customers via cold calls to generate qualified sales leads and set appointments for meeting with prospects
  • Identify decision-makers within target companies and confidently pitch product offerings to open new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity follow-ups and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
  • Consistently meet or exceed call volume and lead generation targets.
  • Commutable to the office in Chicago and happy to travel 50/60% of the time.

Account Executive / Account Manager / Sales Executive / Sales Manager / Sales Representative Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales cold calling or inside sales ideally in a B2B/B2C environment.
  • You must have knowledge and experience selling: Security Systems Fire Alarm Systems Video Surveillance Card Access Systems and more.
  • Confident communicator with excellent phone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Target-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated resilient and able to handle objections professionally.
  • Must be commutable to Chicago and be living in the Chicagoland area.
