Job Description
Requirements:
- TS/SCI FSP Clearance
- Demonstrated experience with system administration in Windows & Linux/Centos Server environment.
- Demonstrated professional experience analyzing troubleshooting and tuning performance parameters in the Apache/Tomcat Java Webserver environment.
- Demonstrated professional experience defining requesting configuring and monitoring Cloud server architectures to include Amazon Web Server EC2 RDBS S3 and Elastic Load Balancer Route 53 in a Tier 3 support environment.
- Demonstrated professional experience developing and implementing system upgrades.
- Demonstrated experience identifying technical risks and risk mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrated experience providing Operations & Maintenance Tier 1-3 Support
- Demonstrated customer relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated experience creating and updating procedures e.g. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Optional Skills:
- Demonstrated experience using Agile management systems and methods such as Kanban or Scrum.
- Demonstrated experience working in the DevSecOps environment e.g. CI/CD pipeline CloudFormation.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing CLIs with Windows AWS and Linux environments.
- Demonstrated experience moving systems through the accreditation and authorization (A&A) process and monitoring for compliance.
- Demonstrated experience with gathering evidence to support the A&A process e.g. POA&Ms.
- Demonstrated professional experience installing and configuring the Moodle Learning Management System.
- Demonstrate experience with Database engineering development and administration.
